Dr. Santhakumar VS holds a PhD in Human Capital Management, an MBA in Human Resources, and an M.Com., along with PG Diplomas in HR, Finance, Operations, and Marketing. He has qualified twice for the National Eligibility Test (NET) in Management and cleared the State Eligibility Test (SET) in Commerce. With 12 years of postgraduate teaching and 7 years of managerial experience, he brings extensive expertise to academia. He is active in faculty development, curriculum initiatives, and has presented at numerous conferences.
